Measure straight down from the center back of the neck to the bottom hem.

Measure straight across from the tip of the left shoulder to the tip of the right shoulder.

Bust
Measure horizontally from below one armpit to below the other armpit.

Hem
Measure horizontally from one end of the hem to the other.

Armhole
Measure straight from the tip of the shoulder to the point directly below the armpit.

Sleeve Length
Measure straight down from the tip of the shoulder to the end of the sleeve.

Measure the width of the cuff from one end to the other.
