Shipping & DeliveryShipping Information
Delivery schedules vary by product and will be delivered sequentially according to the schedule provided on each product page.
Products for which no separate delivery schedule is specified will be shipped within an average of 3-5 days after the order is placed.
If delivery is delayed due to increased parcel volume or other reasons, it may take an additional 3 business days.
If a product is damaged or lost during delivery, it will be processed after confirmation with the courier company.

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order.
For returns due to change of mind, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
If an item is defective or incorrect, we will cover all shipping costs and provide a full refund.
