Measure straight down from the center of the back neck to the bottom hem.

Measure straight across from the end of the left shoulder to the end of the right shoulder.

Measure the width horizontally from the point directly below each armpit.

Hem
Measure the width horizontally from one end of the hem to the other.

Armhole
Measure straight down from the shoulder point to the point below the armpit.

Sleeve Length
Measure straight down from the shoulder point to the end of the sleeve.

Cuff Opening
Measure the length from one end of the sleeve cuff to the other end.
