Notes on Membership Withdrawal

• Membership withdrawal will be processed within 30 days from the request date and can be canceled within 10 days.
• If you have placed an order within the last 180 days, your account will be automatically deleted 180 days after your last order date for refund and dispute resolution purposes.
• Personal information will be deleted, and order history will be stored separately in accordance with relevant laws and regulations. Once deleted, recovery is not possible.
