Order Information
- This product is a 1:1 custom order and takes 2-3 business weeks. (Excluding weekends and public holidays)
- Production of the product begins the next business day after payment is completed.
- Orders that have entered production cannot be canceled.
Cases where exchange is possible
- Exchanges must be registered on the respective website where you purchased the product within 2 business days of receiving the product.
- Once the product is returned, the CS team will independently verify it and guide you through the exchange process and whether it can proceed.
- Size exchanges are possible once for the same product, provided the product is unworn and there are no changes to the options.
Cases where exchange is not possible
- Products with option changes requested by the customer (widened foot width/raised instep/lengthened, shortened strap)
- Re-exchange after a size exchange is not possible.
- If the product's value is damaged due to indoor/outdoor wear (even indoors, if the product is excessively worn and damaged)
Precautions
ORR shoes use natural leather for both the outer and inner lining, so the leather dye color may transfer.
Please avoid wearing white socks or light-colored clothing. (We are not responsible for product damage caused by this.)
Due to the nature of natural leather material, there may be veins, minor scratches, differences in the pattern of the leather on both sides (texture differences), and color tone differences.
These are not reasons for exchange.
