The consumer dispute resolution basic announced by the Fair Trade Commission takes precedence over the quality assurance certificate.

As this is an order-made product, returns are not possible. Please purchase carefully.
Order Information
- This product is a 1:1 custom order product and takes 2-3 business weeks to complete. (Excluding weekends and public holidays)
- Production of the product begins on the next business day after payment is completed.
- Orders that have entered production cannot be canceled.
Cases where exchange is possible
- Exchanges must be registered on the website where you purchased the product within 2 business days after receiving the product.
- Once the product is returned, the CS team will separately check and inform you of the exchange process and whether it will proceed.
- Size exchange is only possible once for the same product without any option changes, provided the product has not been worn.
Cases where exchange is not possible
- Products with option changes requested by the customer (widening forefoot/raising instep/lengthening or shortening strap)
- Re-exchange is not possible after a size exchange.
- If the product's value is damaged by indoor/outdoor wear (even if worn excessively indoors, causing product damage)
Precautions
- Both the outer material and inner lining use natural leather, so the color of the leather dye may transfer.
- Please avoid white socks or light-colored clothing. We are not responsible for any product damage caused by this.
- Due to the nature of natural leather, there may be tendons, minor scratches, differences in grain (texture) between the two pieces of leather, and color differences.
This is not a reason for exchange.
