Shipping & Delivery

1. Shipping Schedule

  • Please check the detailed shipping schedule listed at the bottom of each product page before placing your order.
  • Items without a specified shipping schedule will be dispatched within 2–5 business days after payment is completed.
  • Depending on the logistics system, orders may be combined or partially shipped.

2. Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Once the order status changes to “Preparing for Shipment,” cancellations, address changes, and option changes are no longer possible.
  • If you need to make changes, please contact customer support before the order enters the shipping preparation stage.

3. International Returns & Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order.
  • For returns due to change of mind, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • If an item is defective or incorrect, we will cover all shipping costs and provide a full refund.

4. Duties & Taxes

  • Duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
  • All applicable fees are the responsibility of the customer and will be charged by DHL upon delivery.
  • Customers are required to complete payment of these charges in order to receive their shipment.
  • ORR is not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance.
