Shoe Purchase Policy

As this is an order-made product, returns are not accepted. Please purchase carefully.

Order Information

This product is made-to-order and requires approximately 2–3 weeks on business days for production. (Excluding weekends and holidays)
Product manufacturing begins on the next business day after payment confirmation.
Orders cannot be canceled once production has started.

Cases Eligible for Exchange

Exchange requests must be submitted through the original purchase site within 2 business days after receiving the product.
Once the returned product is received, the CS team will review it separately and provide guidance regarding the exchange process and eligibility.
Size exchanges are available only once for the same product, provided the item is unworn and no option modifications have been made.

Cases Not Eligible for Exchange

Products modified upon customer request (wider fit, higher instep, longer/shorter straps, etc.)
Re-exchange after a size exchange is not available.
Products damaged or devalued due to indoor or outdoor wear (including excessive indoor wear causing damage)

Notice

Both the outer and inner materials are made of genuine leather, and dye transfer from the leather may occur.
Please avoid wearing white socks or light-colored clothing. We are not responsible for damage caused by color transfer.
Due to the characteristics of genuine leather, vein marks, minor scratches, differences in grain texture, and slight color variations may occur. These are not considered defects and are not grounds for exchange.
