Coupon Policy
- All coupons are subject to a validity period and cannot be restored once expired.
- Used coupons will not be reinstated after cancellations, returns, or refunds.
- Coupons cannot be combined with other promotions.
- Order history and coupons cannot be merged across different accounts.
- All coupon validity periods and expiration times are based on Korea Standard Time (KST).
Reward Points Policy
- Reward points are available only for customers in Korea and are not provided for international orders.
- Unused reward points expire 12 months after the issue date.
- Reward points may be adjusted or deducted in the case of cancellations or refunds.
- Purchase and review reward points are granted within 5 days after delivery completion.
- Reward points can only be used in units of KRW 1,000.
