Order Information
- This product is a 1:1 custom order product and takes 2-3 business weeks to complete. (Excluding weekends and public holidays)
- Production of the product begins on the next business day after payment is completed.
- Orders cannot be canceled once production has started.
Cases where exchange is possible
- Exchanges must be registered on the respective website where the product was purchased, within 2 business days of receiving the product.
- Upon completion of product return, our CS team will confirm separately and inform you of the exchange process and whether it can proceed.
- Size exchanges are possible once for the same product, provided it is unworn and no option changes are requested.
Cases where exchange is not possible
- Products with option changes requested by the customer (widening foot width / raising instep height / lengthening, shortening strap)
- Re-exchange is not possible after a size exchange.
- If the product's value is damaged due to indoor/outdoor wear (even excessive indoor wear that damages the product).
Precautions
ORR shoes use natural leather for both the outer and inner lining, so the leather dye color may transfer.
Please avoid wearing white socks or light-colored clothing. (We are not responsible for product damage caused by this.)
Due to the nature of natural leather material, there may be streaks, fine scratches, differences in leather patterns (texture differences) on both sides, and color tone differences.
These are not reasons for exchange.
