ORR Shoe Purchase Terms and Conditions
As this is a made-to-order product, returns are not possible. Please make your purchase carefully.

Order Information
- This product is a 1:1 custom order product and takes 2-3 business weeks to complete. (Excluding weekends and holidays)
- Production of the product begins on the next business day after payment is completed.
- Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled.

Cases where exchange is possible
- Exchanges must be registered on the corresponding website within 2 business days after receiving the product.
- Upon completion of product return, the CS team will independently confirm and guide you through the exchange process and whether it can proceed.
- Size exchange is possible once for the same product, only for unworn items, without any option changes.

Cases where exchange is not possible
- Products with option changes due to customer requests (widening foot width/raising instep/lengthening, shortening strap)
- Re-exchange is not possible after a size exchange.
- If the product's value is damaged due to indoor/outdoor wear (even excessive indoor wear that damages the product)

Precautions
ORR shoes use natural leather for both the outer (shell) and inner lining, so the leather dye color may transfer.
Please avoid wearing white socks or light-colored clothing. (We are not responsible for product damage caused by this.)
Due to the nature of natural leather material, there may be tendons, minor scratches, differences in the pattern of the leather on both sides (grain differences), and color tone differences.
These are not reasons for exchange.
