- This product is a 1:1 custom order product and takes 2-3 business weeks. (Excluding weekends and holidays)
- Product manufacturing begins on the next business day after payment is completed.
- Orders cannot be canceled once production has started.
Cases where exchange is possible
- Exchanges must be registered on the purchase site within 2 business days of receiving the product.
- Upon completion of product return, the CS team will verify and inform you of the exchange process and status.
- Size exchange is possible once for the same product, without any option changes, only for unworn products.
Cases where exchange is not possible
- Products with option changes requested by the customer (widened ball of foot / raised instep / lengthened, shortened strap)
- Re-exchange is not possible after a size exchange.
- If the product's value is damaged due to indoor/outdoor wear (even excessive wear indoors can damage the product)
Precautions
ORR shoes use natural leather for both the outer and inner lining, so the leather dye color may transfer.
Please avoid wearing white socks or light-colored clothing. (We are not responsible for product damage caused by this.)
Due to the nature of natural leather material, there may be veins, minor scratches, differences in leather patterns (texture differences), and color tone differences between the two sides.
These are not reasons for exchange.
