Shipping & Delivery

1. Shipping Schedule
Please check the detailed shipping schedule listed at the bottom of each product page before placing your order. Items without a specified shipping schedule will be dispatched within 10-15 business days after payment is completed. Depending on the logistics system, orders may be combined or partially shipped.

2. Order Changes & Cancellations 
Once the order status changes to “Preparing for Shipment,” cancellations, address changes, and option changes are no longer possible. If you need to make changes, please contact customer support before the order enters the shipping preparation stage.

3. International Returns & Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order. 
For returns due to change of mind, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
If an item is defective or incorrect, we will cover all shipping costs and provide a full refund.

4. Duties & Taxes
Duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. 
All applicable fees are the responsibility of the customer and will be charged by DHL upon delivery.
Customers are required to complete payment of these charges in order to receive their shipment.
ORR is not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance.
