After-Sales Service Information
After-sales service is currently available only for orders placed within Korea.
Please note that repair and maintenance services are not provided for international orders.
For domestic purchases, eligible repairs may be available within 1 year from the date of receipt, subject to product condition and inspection results.
Repair availability, service scope, and applicable costs may vary depending on the product and type of repair required.
The following cases are not eligible for after-sales service:
- Damage caused by wear, washing, friction, discoloration, deformation, or improper care
- Natural aging or material characteristics
- Customized alterations or modifications
- Sale or refurbished items
