Made-to-Order Product
As this is a made-to-order item, returns are not accepted. Please purchase carefully.

Order Information
This product is made to order and requires approximately 2–3 weeks for production (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Production begins on the next business day after payment is completed.
Once production has started, order cancellations are not possible.
Eligible for Exchange
Exchange requests must be submitted through the website where the purchase was made within 2 business days of receiving the product.
After the returned item has been received and inspected, our Customer Service team will advise whether the exchange can proceed.
Size exchanges are available once only, provided the item is unworn and no option changes are requested. Exchanges are limited to the same product.
Not Eligible for Exchange
Products with customer-requested modifications, including:
Wider fit
Higher instep
Longer or shorter straps
A second size exchange after the initial exchange.
Products that have lost their resale value due to indoor or outdoor wear (including excessive indoor wear).
Important Notice
Both the outer and lining are made from genuine leather, and the leather dye may transfer onto other materials.
Please avoid wearing white socks or light-colored clothing, as color transfer may occur. We are not responsible for damage caused by dye transfer.
Due to the natural characteristics of genuine leather, slight variations such as visible veins, fine scratches, differences in grain, and color variations between the left and right shoe may occur.
These natural characteristics are not considered defects and are not grounds for exchange.
